Rakhi!

Some frames are just awesome, you see a scene and it stays in your mind, makes your day and a memory to cherish. On his rakhi, Kaveri did not come alone, but brought along Monsoon, and she carried the plate. It was like home for Hera, where Mom carried the plate and his cousin sisters and his father's sister tied the rakhi on their hands. It was like being back with family again.

As Kaveri started the procedure, she took gold ring from Monsoon, and moved it round around Hera's face and Hera's eyes followed it, and then the fire on diya's wick. And then the thread was tied on Hera's hand, and bond was formalized.

It was only a brief moment, but Hera was not looking at Monsoon, and it was very difficult to keep his eyes of her, she was looking stunning and all Hera wanted was to go out with her. Albeit, it was not going to be that way. Soon Monsoon asked Kaveri and Hera for their leave.

Hera: "Why?"

Monsoon: "My brother is coming; I need to go tie rakhi to him."

Hera: "Oh! Why cannot he come here?"

Monsoon: "Cause of you, I do not want any drama here, he has seen you last time and this time you are not able to look away, and he had too many questions about you."

Hera: "Okay!" Feeling guilty about staring at her.

As she left with the Puja plate and rest of the sweets, Kaveri asked Hera.

Kaveri: "Why do you love her? I mean do you really love her?"

Hera: "Yes I do!" Embarrassed at the question.

Kaveri: "Ok! What do you like in her?"

Hera: "I have no idea, no reason, I just like her."

Kaveri: "Hmmm...But she is nothing like you!"

Hera: "I do not understand all that, all I know is I like her, even she has said that she is not good enough for me and on sometimes I am not what she wants, but then those are just my feelings for her, they cannot change by what she feels for me."

Kaveri: "That's true!"

After that they had some coffee and left for studies.
